On a sun-drenched ranch in Southern California, Tiffany Stanley sits quietly on a canvas chair, sipping herbal tea from a vintage porcelain cup. Around her, a dedicated team moves gracefully—stylists steaming silk blouses, a makeup artist fine-tuning a luminous glow, her publicist whispering into a headset. Horses graze lazily in the distance, and a soft breeze flutters the hem of her robe. It's calm before the first look.
Tiffany smiles, entirely at ease amidst the organized chaos of a high-fashion shoot. There’s no diva energy—just quiet confidence and contagious warmth. The Irish model and social media powerhouse is here not just to pose, but to speak. And when Tiffany Stanley speaks, people listen.
She’s been called “Ireland’s answer to Brigitte Bardot,” a former Miss Universe contestant turned jet-setting model and digital entrepreneur. But what many don’t see behind the glamour is the grit. Tiffany’s rise has been anything but easy. She comes from humble beginnings and has endured profound personal trauma. “Nothing about my success was handed to me,” she says softly. “Everything I have, I built brick by brick—with faith, fire, and a whole lot of healing.” Today, she’s a self-made media force, with over 2 million followers and a message bigger than beauty.
Harper’s Bazaar: Tiffany, you’ve been in the public eye for years—pageants, campaigns, and now a powerhouse digital career. What do you think has kept you grounded?
Tiffany Stanley: Probably my Irish roots. We’re raised to stay humble, to laugh at ourselves, and keep it moving. It's not that I think i'm particular talented or special - but I work really hard and I never give up. I'm insanely driven and take great joy in creating - and I think thats probably the key to my success. Even in the glitz & glam of LA, I still make my tea in the morning and remind myself that I have so much to be grateful for.
HB: You speak a lot about energy and alignment on your platforms. How does that inform your career?
TS: Energy is everything. You can have the perfect lighting, makeup, and team—but if your spirit is low, it shows. Before every shoot, I take a few minutes to center myself. I light sage. I breathe. I remind myself that my worth isn’t based on likes or followers. And I genuinely believe that energy is what attracts success. Not hustle alone—frequency.

HB: You’ve grown a brand that blends beauty, wellness, and feminine power. What does beauty mean to you now?
TS: It’s a woman who knows who she is, even if the world hasn’t caught up yet. For me, beauty isn’t just cheekbones—it’s how you treat people when no one’s watching. It’s resilience. It’s how you rise after betrayal or disappointment. but yes, a good highlighter & lipgloss definitely help too. [laughs]
HB: You’ve spoken openly about letting go of certain relationships in recent years. What has that journey been like?
TS: From the outside, especially on social media, people assume my life is perfect. But Hollywood can be brutal. Even when you work tirelessly and build everything yourself, your light can attract parasites—people who pose as friends but are really just there to feed off your energy, connections, or generosity. I truly give from my whole heart and enjoy helping loved ones - but I had to learn that not all individuals are worthy of that love. But even in the tough times, we can find the silver lining and learn something new about ourselves.
HB: What’s next for Tiffany Stanley?
TS: I’m stepping into a new chapter as both a producer and a TV host. I’ve started creating my own TV shows—projects that are deeply meaningful and close to my heart. I want to move beyond the surface and tell stories that help people grow. Hosting and producing for networks is part of that vision. Nothing lights me up more than knowing I’ve helped someone feel seen or inspired—it honestly makes me smile. I’m working shows centered on self-growth, empowerment, and transformation. The world needs more content that heals, not just entertains—and that’s the kind of legacy I want to build.

HB: You seem incredibly clear on your purpose.
TS: I am. I want to make women feel powerful. I want girls from tiny towns—like mine in Ireland—to know they can sit at any table they want. And if one doesn’t exist, they can build it themselves.
HB: Last question. What’s one thing you know for sure?
TS: That love always wins. and everything is energy! I truly believe that anybody can create a life they love with a little hard work and determination!
In an era that applauds spectacle, Tiffany Stanley is a rare force of soul and substance. A woman who glows from within—and isn’t afraid to share the light.
