With an Oscar nomination under her belt and a new Wicked movie on the horizon, Ariana Grande shows no signs of slowing down. Now, she’s making her mark in the world of luxury jewelry with a new capsule collection co-created with Swarovski’s Global Creative Director, Giovanna Engelbert.

This past summer, Grande was named an ambassador for Swarovski and starred in the brand's holiday campaign, Party of Dreams. While the “Yes, And” singer has long dazzled in Swarovski’s glittering creations, this marks her first time playing a role in designing them.

“I’m thrilled to continue my creative journey with Swarovski, bringing my love for music and self-expression to this sparkling jewelry collection, co-designed with Giovanna,” Grande said in a statement. “I can’t wait for everyone to discover their unique sparkle and enjoy these beautiful pieces as much as I do.”

In an exclusive interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Engelbert shared how much she enjoyed collaborating with Grande, recalling how their days together were filled with laughter and a shared passion for jewelry and fashion.

“My whole team was in love with her; she’s been so professional, fun, and easy to work with,” Engelbert said. “I thought she was the perfect fit because she’s such a multi-faceted woman. She is her own boss.”

Their collaboration resulted in a stunning 16-piece collection that celebrates Grande’s connection to music through crystal- and pearl-adorned accessories that are both bold and elegant. From an ear cuff shaped like a treble clef to a whimsical tiara that could easily be worn by her Wicked character, Glinda, the collection embodies Grande’s signature style with playful twists. Each piece shines in a striking black-and-white shoot featuring Grande, photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott.

“She wanted to go even bolder,” Engelbert revealed about Grande’s vision for the designs. “[We wanted] glamour, but with a fresh and youthful take.”

While Grande typically gravitates toward more delicate jewelry, this capsule is all about making a statement. Think chunky, heart-shaped pendants and swirly bangles. The pieces are modern and bold, yet still exude timeless elegance.

This collaboration marks the first time Engelbert has worked with a major pop star, but she hopes it won’t be the last. “Who knows?” she says with a smile when asked if this could be the start of many more collaborations with Grande. “We want to create more together, so let’s see where our creativity and serendipity take us from here.”

The Ariana Grande x Swarovski capsule is available today at select luxury pop-ups and activations, with the full collection launching globally in Swarovski stores and online starting January 30.
